What is a skinbooster?
A skinbooster is a treatment in which small amounts of a product are injected into the skin. Many skinboosters contain hyaluronic acid, which can bind moisture. The treatment can also stimulate the skin's own production of collagen and elastin. Some skinboosters also contain polynucleotides, which work more on the skin's regeneration and renewal processes.
The different skinboosters and their properties
At Alma Klinik, we offer 6 different skinboosters, each with its own benefits.
- Ejal 40: Suitable for dry, crêpey skin that lacks radiance. Your skin will feel smoother and more supple. The product is injected at 5 predetermined points in the lower face.
- Vitaran 1: Suitable for hydrating, evening out and refreshing the skin. Regenerates the skin and boosts collagen production. Especially good for the eye area and around the mouth.
- Vitaran 2: Like Vitaran 1, Vitaran 2 hydrates and refreshes the skin. Especially good for slightly more intensive skin rejuvenation, targeting the lower face.
- Suneskos: Designed to improve the skin's structure. It is especially popular around the eyes. This skinbooster contains amino acids, the building blocks of the skin's structure.
- Profhilo Struktura: Gives a firmer look and improves the contours of the face, which makes it particularly popular along the jawline and cheekbones. The result is a more lifted, fuller look.
- Profhilo: Contains higher amounts of hyaluronic acid and improves the skin's firmness and quality.
